Cooking Back to Our Roots Newsletter

This newsletter is about shining a light on the new season of "Cooking Back to Our Roots." We're embarking on an enlightening journey, delving deep into the significant influence of Dutch slavery history on the African Diaspora in the Netherlands.

As we navigate through our culinary adventures, we incorporate the profound Adinkra symbol 'Sankofa,' using lessons from the past as stepping stones to a better future.

Join us as we unravel how history and culture have shaped our food traditions and how embracing our past can enhance our future. Cooking back to our roots isn't just about food—it's about connecting to our roots and cultivating a deeper appreciation for our shared heritage.
